My Approach

My therapy approach is compassionate and gentle, yet I challenge and encourage clients to reflect on their behaviors and thought patterns to achieve the changes they desire. I prioritize emotions, vulnerability, and the importance of building a trusting and safe relationship, where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood—like I genuinely "get them." With a curious and non-judgmental perspective, I help clients organize their thoughts and emotions so they can share their authentic selves with those they love most and find their own solutions, as well as communicate their needs effectively. Tears, laughter, humor, and full honesty are welcome in this open and supportive space.
